(1) "Eucheuma denticulatum (N. L. Burham) F. C. Collins and Hervey" should read "Eucheuma denticulatum (N. L. Burman) Collins and Hervey" in the title and in the text.

(2) The name of the first author, originally listed as "Paulina S. Aspilla", should be "Paulina B. Suarez-Aspilla".
